Ashmedai Steals from Donja Pumpernickel

Donja Pumpernickel walks through the dead woods of the Infernal Valley, dauntlessly. "Donja!" Donja turns to see where the voice was coming from. Sees nothing. Donja continues to make his way through the woods. "Donja! Donja! Donja!" The hair on Donja's neck stands up as the wind picks up. "DONJA!" "DONJA!" Donja spins in circles looking for the voice repeatedly screaming his name. Donja half-shifts into a brown bear, only appearing to have the brown fur all over. "DONJA!" "Who's there?! Who are you?! What do you want of me?" Donja called out. "Donja! Donja! Donja Donja!!" Donja slams to the ground, letting out a loud "oomph!" as he hit a tree root. Donja stands up and brushes himself off. Realizing he had shifted back to human form without provocation, he reached for his pendant. [[He grasped only air]] [[His comfort swiftly returned when he felt his pendant still safely around his neck]]

"What? No!" Donja sweeps every inch of land surrounding the tree root he collided with, searching for the pendant. "Where is it?!" He slammed his fist into the dirt [[Where is what?]]

"That's a nice pendant you've got there." Donja whips around to see a human before him. Black cloak, black hair, eyes a deep gray color. [["Who are you?" Donja asked.]] [["I know you." Donja said.]]

The human chuckled. "Do you not recognize me?" The human had a fire in his eyes as he watched Donja. The confusion on Donja's face amused him. [["I do not. But I feel as though I know you." Donja looked him up and down again.]]

"Ashmedai!" Donja hollered. [["What do you want?"]]

"Maybe this will remind you." The human grinned and snapped his fingers. Immediately, several demons came flying at Donja, causing him to go on defense. [["I know you." Donja said.]]

"I'm going to kill you!" Donja hollered. Ashmedai simply waved his hand, and a wave of poison darts flew at Donja - killing him instantly. [[try again ->"I know you." Donja said.]]

Ashmedai disappeared in a 'poof' from the rock Donja charged toward, only to appear in a tree opposite of the rock, on the other side of Donja. "That's the //prince// of demons, to you, ducky! Oh, but wait!" Ashmedai sighed. "You can't transform into a duck now, can you?" Ashmedai clicked his tongue three times, moving his index finger simultaneously. "What can you transform into, now that you've lost your pendant? Show me!" [[Donja, embarrassed, transformed himself into a chicken.]] [[Donja charged at Ashmedai]]

"That all depends on how far you're willing to go to get this back." Ashmedai waved Donja's pendant in the air. Donja took a step forward. "Nuh-uh. That's not gonna help you get it back." Ashmedai grinned. Donja stopped in his tracks. "What would you have me do?" Donja huffed. "You'll just have to come find me!" With that, Ashmedai disappeared. Donja huffed and cussed as he turned around to make his way home.
